I emailed Do It Yourself Lettering and received exceptional customer service and support. I was able to send them the Pinterest picture of what I wanted to accomplish with dimensions and their design team emailed me a proof of exactly of what I wanted. I proceeded with ordering 12 sets of lettering. It arrived very promptly and well packaged. I laid out the lettering so it could unroll. When I went to use the lettering, I saw that I accidentally had one of the sheets folded up and I lost a “JAN” from one of my sets of lettering. I contacted Do It Yourself Lettering to see if I could buy another “JAN” and they sent it to me free of charge. They are a great company to do business with and if I have future lettering needs, I will DEFINITELY use them again! Thank you Do It Yourself Lettering!!!

These decals might seem a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. With the amount of customization and offering of 3M highly reflective vinyl it's a high quality product.

The interactive web site was awesome to see what the lettering would look like when finished. I was able to use it to get a great match to the factory look I wanted.

Post was sanded and painted with semi-gloss exterior and then sanded again. Lettering appeared to go on smoothly and tight. Time will tell how weather resistant this is. So far, it looks great and easy to read.

I was very happy with the lettering. Great product. The instructions were easy to follow and it was very easy to apply.

The lettering was not perfectly aligned on the transfer sheet which resulted in a small tear on one letter, then I followed the instructions for spraying a clear lacquer to protect the lettering and when the first touch of spray hit the letters, it yellowed immediately. Since this was a custom painted part, removal of the letters would not have been practical and would've resulted in repainting. In the future, rather than use the lettering, I will consider painting by professional or stencil

I told all my friends. Was paying up to $70 for numbers and this was an awesome find on the net.

Great and easy to use website. I would recommend this to someone else and would use the site again. The decal came out the way I expected it to. I used the reflective lettering for my EMS helmet.
