Decals were exactly what I wanted and were easy to apply. Came out really well.

I ordered two labels for panniers and when following the directions, did not put enough masking tape to make the hinge correct. This ruined my first label. I then used the second one and followed the directions more closely and it came out great. I sent an email to cutomer service explaining "MY ERROR" and they sent me new labels without charge and very quickly. This was installed correctly and I am a VERY happy cutomer that will return again.

It's hard to find high quality work in a very small font. Yours is excellent. My brother owned and operated a small high quality vinyl sign business and as good as he was, sometimes I had to settle for something a little larger than I wanted. Thank you for an outstanding job. Vince Hamilton

Love your product. Top notch all the way! I will say putting this on slightly curved glass was a bit of a challenge but has nothing to do with the quality of the product. Keep up the great work!!

We had a large, blank board in front of our office and weren't sure what to do with it. I looked for local sign shops that could maybe come out and do it for us, but couldn't find any. I found Do It Yourself Lettering online and was intrigued. I wasn't confident it was something I would be able to do well until I watched the tutorials they provide and realized how easy it is. What really sold me was the fact that they had the exact font used in our logo, which isn't typically a standard font and is hard to find. We are so happy with how our sign came out. One suggestion for users would be to use the "wet method", as with the other methods, once they vinyl touches a surface, it's pretty much where it's going to stay. Our sign is visible and very professional and clean looking. Will definitely be back for future projects!

The lettering I purchased from DIY has made my work van look so much more professional, and I get so many comments on how nice the lettering looks. A great product at a great price. I will recommend them and use them again.

I had some issues trying to match what I saw online on another helmet. Your tech was very helpful in assisting me. The name I picked was CANFIELD as shown in pic. The one I was trying to match was CHRISTIAN. Mine seem to have been larger on the ends and narrower towards the middle. I was wanting same size all the way across and bold. Basically identical to the one that says CHRISTIAN. I was shooting for something that is bold and an eye catcher. Not so much so on my helmet. I dont know what else I could do to get it to match the CHRISTIAN helmet. Any ideas from your department would be great. I would still like to match the CHRISTIAN helmet design if possible. If you can come up with a way to match it please contact me because I would like to have name on my helmet as big and bold as name on his helmet. THANK YOU!

Easy to design, simple to order, quick shipping, easy to apply, and so much fun to look at! I am so pleased with my order from DIY Lettering. All the other competitors on the ski slope are jealous of my kids' names on their helmets. It looks like it was custom factory made that way. I'm now looking around the house at all the things that we could 'brand' with DIY Lettering ... "Mr. Microwave" and "Freddy the Fridge"

I was concerned that the product would not adhere to wood but it was just great! I added a final layer of poly and it turned out great!

The first order I received, I applied to my suv windshield and everything was great until we got a good rain storm and a few letter came off. Ok no biggie I'll just order a new one (or I was thinking about it seeing as what just happened to the first one) but before I could I was contacted via email by the company asking about satisfaction and what not, long story short, my lettering was replaced at no cost to me and shipped free! Talk about customer service, these guys have it no doubt. I'm pleased with the product, company, and great customer service.
