I think your product/service is very good and your website allowed me to easily order exactly what I wanted. There was a slight (very slight) void in the printing on the word "werewolf" so I rated the product very good instead of excellent, however, it was small enough so you might not have noticed it and I would not hesitate to use your service in the future

This old model of a Polaris (submarine launched) missile was restored for this display at Mare Island Museum by Alex Gilmore. I purchased the lettering, and Alex applied it to finish his awesome display.
Great product. Perfect for my project. Couldn't be any easier. On my first order, I discovered that I made a mistake after the online was submitted. I didn't see any way to cancel the order so I placed a second order to fix my mistake. What was fantastic customer service was that a rep sent me a message asking if the duplicate order was intentional and gave me the opportunity to cancel. Way to look out for the customer!

I've made 3 seperate purchases from diylettering. The first was my last name for my fire helmet, then an inscription for my helmet, and lastly was my last name for my TRT helmet. Every time I've placed an order, it has been extremely easy throughout the entire process. Delivery has always been within a few days of ordering. And the product looks awesome. This is a holiday decoration I made over twenty years ago, I re painted it and added the new lettering, My Grandson just joined the US. Air Force and I needed to support him and all our troops I am very happy with your service
Your customer service was above average and went above and beyond for me. I accidently ordered "snow" & "fall" too small. The agent replaced the lettering at absolutely no cost to me. High quality, I have purchased others and they do not have the quality adhesive that these letters did! Will definitely purchase from this site again.

Website is easy to navigate. Designing the vinyl decal can take some time, so many options to select from. That's a good thing. Applying the lettering is a snap, follow the instructions and take it slow. Great product..
The vinyl was great and everything was cut perfect. Installation was a breeze and the small project turned out great!

I was concerned when the package came and lettering was in a roll. It worked out fine after all.
It was easy to put on but tricky around the rivets that are on trailers like mine. It was well worth the money. I will probably get another one for the back of the trailer and some graphics.
