Custom Vinyl Lettering Review #25112: Replaced sandblasted numbers

I messed up ordering numbers; they came to me really big, so I emailed DIY Lettering and told them what happened. Joy replied right away. She said they would send me new numbers, I told her I wanted to pay for a new set, it was my screw-up, not theirs. She insisted per their guarantee I would get a replacement. This time I had her design it, she did and sent me a proof via email. Looked great. They arrived the perfect. As you can see they look great on my trailer too.
