Custom Vinyl Lettering Review #24679: Applied lettering on a new 4 by 8 board freshly painted but cured for a week. I'm not a newbe to a similar product that we have used for years. Sign is used

I am not a newby to similar products. I wanted a "new" nice looking sign so I purchased a new sheet of plywood and painted twice. Paint was well cured and your lettering went on fine. Applied as instructed and as I have done Several times over the years. Most recently last two years ago with a competitors product. Took the sign outside intended for a 3 week period. Within the first week virtually every letter was loose around edges or coming off. Needless to say I am not happy. I've spent three hours in the last two days attempting to salvage the sign this year. I may have to pull out the old sign. The new board will have to be completely sanded down and repainted or I'll have to start with a new board. Your product was faulty. Bill New
