I had experience with decals in the Air Air Force. I knew that applying a mild soap and water spray onto the surface before applying the decal makes the process much easier. Make sure to use a plastic squeegee and a soft cloth to work the water our from under the decal by working from the center to the edges of the decal. One last note: If you should get a bubble under the decal that you cannot work our just touch it gently with a sharp pin the flatten it out with your finger or a soft cloth. It will come out beautifully.
