Thank you for your excellent service and top quality product.

The letters arrived quickly and were easy to apply. The "P" in the registration number had a slight tear in the same place on both sides. This must be something to do with how they are cut in this font and size. It is hardly noticeable.

Product is just what I expected. The instructions are clear and concise and made application easy - even for a first-timer.

Thanks to the phenomenal customer service who replaced my lettering when I messed up applying it.

I wish I was able to add my city and state under the name I designed. I found that on the website it was not clear at all on how to do that. There should be additional spaces for that option. I did not want to spend the money to have just the city and state alone.

DIY Letters were exactly what I was hoping for. And the customer service was superb. I needed to redo one side of my boat. They sent it out quickly and did not charge me for the replacement lettering. Thanks DIY.

Great service, product and pricing

I was disappointed in the quality of the multicolor lettering compared to my previous experience with the single color lettering. The multicolor lettering looks very good, but it is fragile compared to the single color lettering.

The lettering turned out great. We'll definitely order again, and recommend your services!

I ordered boat registration numbers. When I installed one side, I caused a wrinkle in the lettering. I contacted your company and explained I caused the lettering to wrinkle and wanted to purchase a replacement. Your company wouldn't let me. Instead a free replacement was remade and sent out and I received it two days after the email. Your customer service is absolutely outstanding!

I ordered my boats new registration numbers on the reflective vinyl and they turned out perfectly. I also ordered my boat name and had a custom graphic designed by the crew there that was completed in a couple days and was perfect. Shipping was extremely quick and customer service was excellent!
