Great job on the "WILD HERRON" lettering but on the hailing port, you put the adhesive on the wrong side so that when installed it would be backwards (like looking in a mirror). I would like a redo on the hailing port but I also found out that the letter height would not meet USCG regulations. It would be good if your on-line ordering system warned me in a manor that I would have to take an action to ignore the warning & continue with the ordering.
You have a great product. Easy to apply and looks great.

You all are absolutely the best! Ruined my first set of letters during misapplication. Called Do It Yourself Lettering and discussed the problem. New letters were produced the same day at no charge and I picked them up at your shop that afternoon. Had them installed on my boat 15 minutes after arrival. Great quality and super fast turnaround time. I ordered on a Wednesday night and they were in my hand on Monday with free shipping from Florida to Minnesota! This is not the first time and won't be the last time I order. Previously I needed a replacement decal because I damaged one and one was produced quickly for me and was offered at no charge....above and beyond if you ask me! I insisted on paying for it as it was my screw up but this will be the first place I shop for vynil lettering going forward, nothing but great service and quality in my expierience!
Almost looks too good...like photoshop! The folks at DIY Lettering did a great job...repeatedly telling me why I would not like my original order and fixing it for me. My order should be a case study used by their new hire training department as an extreme example of customer incompetence. Really liked the fact they replace for free if one messes up the install. Got it on the first run...just follow the directions...easy-peasy!!!!
