Easy DIY website! Lots of choices to personalize. Affordable and timely.
The lettering arrived as expected along with an instruction booklet. The booklet had good instruction and pointers on how to place the letters. My decal was large so I followed the instruction to tape the top to the boat and cut between the letters. This allowed me to place one letter at a time. This was my first time using diy lettering or similar products. The job turned out ok but I had a lot of trapped air causing the letters to look bumpy. I think I should have used the wet method.
I made a spelling error when I ordered, when I notified do it yourself of my mistake a new corrected order was shipped in a few days at no charge. What great customer service.
Everything was absolutely fantastic, except for the packaging. The lettering was delivered in a sturdy enough package, but it looked like someone literally sat on the rolled material before it was put into the tube. The creased wrinkles actually made no difference in application, though!! We did our art in Mac MS Word, and exported to PDF. This worked very well, as we got exactly the type font we needed. The request for quote came back very quickly, and the final product was delivered in the time frame promised.
Very easy to apply. Color of letters matched the Palm Beach letters that the manufacturer installed.
You guys did a wonderful job on the lettering for our boat. We own our own vinyl machine and make all our decals for our equipment so we know the quality of good materials. You guys did a great job. Thanks again.
Put on in the rain.... Was hard to get letters to stick to wet surface and was worried they would have fallen off when I returned to boat, however, all letters were perfect!!! And stuck on really well!! Now the only problem is I have to clean boat to make it look as good as the letters do!!
The lettering was great the communications and customer service were excellent, cant say enough on how great they were a few issues were immediately addressed. The team at DIY Lettering provided great information and advice would highly recommend to anyone looking for custom vinyl.
Do It Yourself Lettering was very accommodating. My first order was too small so I called and they replaced it with a larger one, charging me only the difference in price without any additional shipping charges. I received both orders very quickly. Great people to work with!!
I needed to get numbers for a new boat. I had used DIY Lettering for the set for my last boat. I was looking for the same size/colors/fonts so I clicked on my last order detail email, was very pleasantly able to just edit the numbers and place a new order - took me all of 90 seconds and just want I wanted was on the way!
The service from DIY Lettering was fabulous! They even sent several proofs, until we got the perfect look. These letters very very easy to apply. If we ever have to replace them, we'll definitely go with DIY Lettering!

The height of the letters I ordered was to be 6" (if I recall correctly). However when I put in the special effect (arch), the height of the letters was 4" but the overall height of the decal was 6". Way to small for a boat name, basically a throw-away decal. If this cause/effect was spelled out clearly, I missed it when placing the order. I have not yet called to see if you'll correct the problem.
We loved the selections! And I could not get over how easy it was to put on the boat! It looks great.
There were some bubbles after following directions to a tee. They all disappeared after a few weeks. Looks great.

I am so thrilled with the quality and ease of installment.I generally mess up the smallest of stickers and these went on smooth and nice as can be. At this point the lettering looks better than the boat! So I'll have to make her worthy of the lettering! Thank you for a great product!
