My order was placed and never showed up... thanks to the US Postal Service! I contacted DIY Lettering to find out what happened and with no questions asked, they re-printed my order and sent it out the next day via UPS next day. Thanks Guys!!
I stumbled upon your website through a google search. The website was easy to navigate and I did my research looking at the samples and testimonials of other buyers. I decided to go ahead and get a quote on the artwork I needed done. I got an email with an hour with a quote on the job which was very reasonably priced. I had a question so I replied and the gentleman got back to me again right away. It almost seemed to good to be true. So I did what I always do and I googled the company name and looked for external reviews. I was so excited when I found the same great reviews on yelp and consumer reviews as I did on their website. So I made my purchase and within a day I was informed that the product was shipping with a tracking number, and I ended up receiving the lettering a couple days earlier. We got our lettering up right away and it was so easy to do. All in all, I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product, the price and the ease of the process! I will DEFINITELY be recommending your company to anyone I know needing lettering done. Thanks for providing a great product and great customer service!

I thought the lettering came out great and was pretty easy to apply! We got a few bubbles, but most of them pressed out. I've never applied letters like this before, so overall I'm very happy with the result. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The price was also very reasonable.
Great product. I had no idea it was so easy. I had a sign company want 10x the cost to do the exact same thing. Packaging could be a little sturdier or labeled do not bend, my post man folded the envelope in half to get it in my mailbox! Love love love it!

An extremely painless transaction. They completely stood by their ""no fault"" warranty. For me the wet method was very forgiving allowing me time to do it right Thanks JoyAnnette for the for the excellent customer service and including the videos on application methods.
The application is super easy when the weeding is done for you. The squeegee that is sent with the lettering is great with it's soft edge.
I ordered two, one for each side of my fishing boat, which I could not do online. Had to email the request for a quote for two. I requested two colors; silver and a gray (80% black). I received silver and 100% black. It's a bit harsh for the color of my boat.

Overall, the quality of the letters and ease of installation was very good. We felt we saved money by doing it ourselves versus having a company do the installation. With the installation video it made it easy to apply.
I was thrilled to be able to design the lettering myself. It was so easy and turned out perfect. We couldn't be happier with the finished result. Very professional looking. Our old girl is looking pretty sharp with her name!
I put the lettering on when kayak was deflated. It had to stretch when I inflated, and I was very worried that it would fail. However, it shrinks and stretches beautifully. Looks a little wrinkled when boat deflates, but that goes away when I inflate. Another person in my group bought from someone else, and her letters curled up and fell off on the first outing. I did order the upgrade, not the standard quality, but I am extremely pleased with your product. Staying on an inflatable kayak is a very tough challenge. I just got a new fancy yak, and plan to order more letters for her. Thanks for helping me to ""personalize"" my little green boat. Also for good customer service on the phone and very fast delivery.
Instructions were easy to understand and I had no issues with the lettering. Good quality and holds up well on the water.
This was so easy a 70 year old man did it in minimum time. The results where very pleasing as seen in the pics.

Ordered for my boat name. Graphics were shipped the same day I ordered and arrived a few days later! Nice quality and look great. Installed using the wet method...super simple. Looks awesome! Hope they will stand up to the salt & sun.
