Was hoping to get another sticker, am concerned on how well it’s gonna adhere to the boat, due to creases.

Wow, this was a great experience! I picked your company because of the replace it if I screw it up policy. It was not needed. Application was a breeze. I used the top hinge method and cut it into thirds after I taped the top. I used an application spray and tooky time. Two different people asked me if it was painted on.
We had our boat name made with 2 colors And it was simple to create. I loved that they even matched the boat colors despite being an older boat. Have received many compliments on the lettering.

Transfer worked great! Result looks great! My transom is curved in two dimensions, so I modified the suggested application directions a little to ensure it came out correctly. Also, I watched the installation video you have and was surprised to see the person using the plastic side of the application tool instead of the felt side. Which side should be used, and if it is not the felt side, then what is the felt for??? To protect your hand?? (I ended up using both sides)

The online design software is awesome. Shawn did an excellent job making suggestions and helping to refine the design. The instructions that came with the lettering were very helpful and made the application a breeze.

The instructions were well written and the letters went on easily. They arrived sooner than expected. I loved the fact that the company indicated in their instructions that they would send more letters if I messed up putting them on. This helped me have confidence in the installation.
Very user friendly site when creating from selecting text, size, font, font setting, border/shadow, special effects to purchase. The "compare fonts with your text" was the selling point!! Can also compare fonts as your list gets narrowed down too. Easy! Excellent communication, application directions were very specific (read them twice). Followed directions and no problems! Glad we got the felt edge vinyl application squeegee for .75, worth it for other uses too. Would highly recommend! You can do it!

Fantastic personnel in their organization, willing to get the exact product I wanted. Quick turnaround time, professionaly made. I had them make the letters for my boat, my dock box, my company's name and logo for the entry door and now lettering for my RV.
It turned out ok. I was a little disappointed that when peeling off the backing the I started to rip and for some reason that section didn't want to stick. I thoroughly cleaned everything off really good with rubbing alcohol. Everything else went well. I would definitely order from them again.
