This is a great website for designing your own graphics and applying them. I had no issues with the website. It is very user-friendly. The service is second to none and the product was excellent. I would highly recommend this site for your logo/vinyl lettering needs.
Letters adhered perfectly and the font and size worked out great. When we received the lettering in the mail the envelope got bent and created a kink but it ended up being fine.
If I could give a higher grade than EXCELLENT on customer service I certainly would. I placed my order and within a short while I received an e-mail with a question on my order. When I called I was connected immediately with a HUMAN!! I had put in my cart a template to see shipping cost and forgot to take it out when I placed my real order. Customer service held my order because it didn't quite look right. As soon as I recognized my error, customer service corrected my order, refunded the difference and I received my order within a few days. AMAZING and will be using DIY Lettering for any future projects. Thanks for being there.
I had to comment on customer service. Since I have had no experience with it until now I chose 1. The only concern / disappointment I have with your product was after a flawless installation, days later the L received a fingernail nick when wiping the boat down. Lettering on my previous boat lasted 20 years with only a surface clear film spalling off.

Looks great! Wish I had gone with the darker shade of blue with the red which would have matched my boat better but looks great. Hard to tell the shade online. Recommended you to my brother for his boat! Thanks! Micah
Great product, high quality, quite easy to apply. Usually, with projects like this, I am all thumbs. I was especially concerned because my decal was about four feet long. However, the directions and videos available to assist made it very manageable... very high quality product that I would certainly order again...!

Our project was small (a boat baby cradle) and I had a hard time finding a place that would make letters less than 2". DIY allowed extensive letter size choices and also it was easy to choose color and outline in varying widths. Very user friendly website! Letters arrived faster than promised and were easy to apply. Good instructions on applying -- even a video!
The entire process was simple and easy. The staff at DIYLettering was very helpful and the service was quick and responsive. They were a real pleasure to do business with.

These numbers look great. There was a small defect on one set of letters and mentioned it to DIY Lettering they immediately shipped me a replacement set. On the other set of number, my wife didn't like the color selections I chose. I contacted DIY Lettering and received a reply from Matt. He said if I could send him a color sample he would match the colors exactly. I sent him the color sample and they remade the second set of numbers for me and they are perfect. Happy wife...happy life. This is an excellent company to do business with. Glad to know that there are businesses out there that stand behind their work and go above and beyond for their customers.

Good afternoon. This is my third time using DIY Lettering & every time has been flawless. Navigating your website & design process is an absolute breeze. Attached are a few pics, please feel free to use them if you wish.
Packaging, shipping and time to arrive were all very good. My only complaint (and maybe it was my fault when ordered - don't remember if there was an option for "heavier" sticker thickness) is that the stickers were fairly thin and I had a slight rip when trying to remove air bubble. That being said I still liked the quality of the image on the sticker and was overall satisfied.
