DIY Letting has awesome customer service!!!!! I made a mistake on installation and needed two letters replaced. The representative was very pleasant, addressed my need and told me there was no charge. My total time on the phone was less than 2 minutes. You need to give seminars to large corporates on how to do customer service.

I needed a "vintage" looking font on my boat, which is a replica of an electric boat made in the late 1880s. You had the best selection of fonts that were available and I'm very satisfied with the outcome.

Brad, I'm so impressed with your product and service. I recently finished my scratch built model of the WLBB 30 Icebreaker Mackinaw. I needed to apply the , "US Coast Guard" to the hull which I would normally use dry transfer lettering. However, dry transfer is getting hard to find and its a pain to deal with. I saw your vinyl lettering and decided to give it a try. Wow, I was amazed how easy it was to work with and the super thin vinyl gives it a painted on look. Very happy and I will use your excellent service and products in the future for sure. Thank you much!

Boat naming. My father-in-law (my daughter refers to her grandfather as “Pa”) and I bought a boat together a few years back and never named it. He I has terminal cancer and we figured no better name. He truly enjoyed seeing it. Thank you for an excellent product
