Really easy way to design your own projects with all the shapes, sizes, angles and colors available. I'm not a digital person, but I had no trouble with creating a large decal name to go on my boat. it is perfect and very high quality material. Easy to install.

I ordered the wrong size and they caught the mistake and sent me the correct, legal letter size (at no extra charge!) Probably saved me getting a citation.

A MIXED REVIEW I have a mixed review. I've had DIY make lettering for two of my previous boats and the lettering was perfect, looked so clean and held up to the weather very well. My first thought was to go to them for lettering for my newest boat. I ordered them, received them in short order, and applied them. I was very dissatisfied with the lettering once they were applied. The shading of the letters was offset with the actual cut out of the letters and there was a thin white residual edging left on the letters. I emailed DIY and sent pictures of the letters and Shawn of DIY got back to immediately and was great. You could tell he wanted to fix this problem and make sure I was absolutely satisfied. During the next week he sent me additional copies of the lettering at no charge. Each set he sent, however, had the same problem. He finally had to give up and generously refund my money and said that the problem was apparently due to the incompatibility between their computer, font, shading and cut out. These letter combinations didn't work in my case but DIY proved themselves to stand behind their product and I wouldn't hesitate ordering from them in the future, but just not with that lettering type and combination.

Expected them to be 4" high and ended up being 2". Maybe I missed the size selection

I was impressed with the quality and customer service. On my first numbers I applied, I messed up because of a crease that was created when applying the numbers. The next set of numbers I applied I got perfect after cutting slits into taped white back piece. I requested a free replacement and was helped very quickly and effortlessly. Would recommend.

Once I realized you can create multiple segments and put them together on the site, creating this was easy (and fun). Product arrived quickly and was easy to apply. *Note - I didn't apply personally, that was the opinion of my husband who has experience with lettering.

The sign looks great. Didn't go on perfectly the first time. Had a couple of blemishes. Probably my fault but the sign was replaced quickly at no charge and it now looks perfect. Love it. When I get the boat registered I'll definitely order my new hull numbers through DIY lettering.

I ordered 2, one for the boat and one for the cooler. WOW does it look good! I had an issue applying the first one to the boat, when peeling off the transfer paper a piece of it tore off and stretched the rest of the letter surrounding. I felt bad it wasn't really their fault. But true to their word, they're sending me another in the mail to replace it. In the mean time I applied the second one using the wet method. And it worked marvelously. And may I say once more, WOW does it look good?!
