We ordered two stickers. The first one was We ordered too big for the back of the boat so we stuck it inside the boat! Great quality and easy to apply!
The letters were great and looked fantastic when done. I screwed up one letter and DIY very kindly sent me a replacement. Unfortunately about 6 months after the install, another boat collided with my boat causing damage to my fiberglass. In the process of repairing the glass the buffing caused damage to my letters and I am now replacing them again. Note to all: If you buff and wax over the letters the colors will pull and damage easily. Use caution and possibly clear coat over them to prevent damage.
I am not the smartest man and ordered only 1 side of boat lettering. Shawn, a customer service rep, emailed me directly and said "Hey, I noticed you only ordered one side of boat lettering, normally you need 2 for both sides of the boat, so I threw that in for you". ABSOLUTELY amazing customer service. I would have gladly paid for the other set but he threw it in for free. Concerning the quality of the decals - excellent! Directions were very easy to follow and the results came out perfect.
Excellent service. The decals for my boat were shipped the same day I ordered them and received within 3 days of the order. I did get some bubbles in the back decal on accident and they shipped a brand new one for free

The process for creating your order online is easy and full of great options for fonts, colors and styles. Being able to see the finished product before you place the order is useful, and making changes along the way is easy. I will reorder from this company in a heartbeat!
