Overnight FedEx shipment did not arrive. I emailed customer service and was sent my product overnight UPS free of charge. Awesome customer service which is hard to find these days. Thanks again Brad!!!! Highly recommend DIY Lettering!!!!
WISH I COULD RATE HIGHER. EASE OF USING SITE WAS GREAT; PRODUCT & PRICE WAS BETTER THAN I EXPECTED. THIS PRODUCT SURPASSES ANY I HAVE USED IN THE PAST. THE DETAILED INSTALL INSTUCTIONS WILL MAKE VERY EASY FOR FIRST TIMERS I RECOMMEND PURCHASING SQUEEGE ; PADDED SIDE ELIMINATES ANY CHANCE OF DAMAGE TO DECAL DURING INSTALLATION.
Very easy process and less expensive than a local supplier.
I screwed up one letter. I asked if they had a fix. Was told they would send out another letter free of charge. Costumer service is great, however I've been waiting over 10 days for the replacement. Not the companies fault I believe. Everything is backed up due to COVID
Very happy with the product. Very easy installation (tho I got a few bubbles in my first application...nailed it by the second installation lol) Trusted this company with my grandfather legacy in naming the new boat and they did not disappoint
Very pleased with this! Bought as a birthday gift for my boyfriend”s boat. He put them on easily. Website was awesome to use, except I would like all editing on the same screen.
For my wife's name on my boat, it's the "Austin Powers" font. Who knew it existed? These folks did.
Sadly I ordered 3 different ones. First was perfect then found out Coast Guard requires larger letters. Ordered#2 was different shade of green & font I chose didn’t work for larger letters. 3rd order worked out great!
Very easy to design the 1/4 inch high lettering from a wide range of fonts, sizes, colors, and effects. Putting the lettering on the hull was also very clean and easy following the examples on the site.
Decided to name our boat after our dog who passed. DIYLettering online ordering was easy to use, affordable and made getting the product I wanted a breeze. The quality of the product is outstanding and easily installed. Perfect experience!
The lettering/name lasts a lot longer than I thought it would in the very hot South Florida sun--several years!

Excellent customer service. I couldn't find a font I liked and I emailed what I was looking for. They send back a couple options that looked even better then what I was imagining. Will be using again.
Ordered lettering for our fishing boat and it came out sweet. I like the software on the website that lets you design your own logo and choose the colors. Upon receiving my order there was a small glitch on the sizing. So, I gave them a call and they fixed the issue and sent me a new decal the same day.....that’s awesome customer service. If you need lettering for anything these folks are the best and they treat their customers like family.

We are very happy with our DIY lettering and logo. We used your Advanced Designer and stock images to come up with the logo for our boat. Then with JoyAnnetts expertise , she tweaked it to be just what we imagined !! Many thanks to JoyAnnett for listening and answering several emails. She also helped us shrink the logo to add to our Yeti cooler.

Easy to apply and it came in half the time expected
I decided to order a 2nd set to compare 2 different styles and did it at different times. Their customer service noticed it and called me to check and then combined the orders to save me a 2nd shipping charge. Follow the directions and it is very easy. Great product.
Added my boat name and personalized the boat motor cover, great quality product and fantastic customer service, easy to install and is very high quality lettering.
