The product and customer service are both excellent. We used the vinyl lettering for our boat name. We had a little trouble with the application on 2 letters and the company sent a replacement jiffy quick.

Easy to install because the letters come on a backing in the phrasing ordered. All you do is peel back one side, place it where you want it then peel the other side. Super easy.

We are so pleased that this letter lasts for about 3 years before WE decide to remove it because it is white and sometimes rust drips down onto it and stains it.

I will 1000% continue to use you guys!

Good product at a fair price with fast turnaround. Unfortunately, two of the three colors I selected are virtually identical in the final product. Online the contrast between the colors red and dark red was apparent. Consequently, the letter outlines and shadows are the same color, making the font a bit less clean and clear looking.

If you need lettering or graphics this is definitely the person you want to do them!

Lettering shipped in foldable envelope too small for lettering. Envelope was open when delivered. Lettering was damaged.
