THE SITE IS VERY EASY TO NAVIGATE. I DID MESS UP THOUGH AND THOUGHT I DELETED AN OPTION I SELECTED. WHEN THE LETTERING ARRIVED IT WASNT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING. SO I MADE A CALL AND WITHOUT A HASSEL THEY WERE KIND AND COURTEOUS TO GET ME ANOTHER SET OF LETTERING WITHOUT ANY EXTRA COST TO ME. THIS IS WHAT I CALL STANDING ABOVE YOUR WORD.
