I found that with a decal this large it worked best with 3 people. One squeegee-er and two people to hold the decal off the boat while the squeegee-er works along it and applies it to the boat. Proper initial line up is essential. It's also critical to keep the boat and decal very wet, as the adhesive is very retentive. I screwed up my first attempt and was immediately sent a replacement. My mistake the first time was not keeping everything wet enough. The second attempt went smoothly and the decal looks great.
