DIY Lettering is totally awesome! The website allowed me to design the decals for the dimensions on the stearn on my boat, and the decal arrived in just a few days - exactly as I designed it. I slightly messed up a couple of letters when applying the decal to the boat. It was my fault, but I sent a picture to DIY Lettering and explained my error, and they sent replacements to me with a couple of days. Customer service was super friendly and efficient, and fixing my mistake was very simple. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!
