This was the second time that I have used DIY lettering for my boat name. It was fantastic as I ordered the name four years ago and this spring accidentally spilled stripper on the lettering. I called DIY and they had my previous order to reference and I had the new name within days. It was very easy to install per their instructions. In fact, they absolutely stand behind their installation guarantee. I made an error during the installation on one letter - they immediately sent me a replacement.
